Automatic keep-warm holds the temperature of the food until you serve it. The cooking programs have been lab-tested thousands of times for optimal effect. PRESET FUNCTION KEYS: Rice, Multigrain, Soup, Meat, Stew, Poultry, Fish, Steam/Veggies, Beans, Chili, Sear/Sauté, Quinoa & Cake are controlled by an intelligent and convenient microprocessor. When any of the preset function keys are activated your pressure cooker calculates the appropriate cooking time during the pre-heating state based on the weight and temperature of the foods placed in the inner pot. The cooking time is then automatically set. WARM KEY: Warming time can be changed manually. SLOW COOK KEY: Cooking time can be changed manually. MANUAL KEY: Use this key to customize pressure cooking times if desired or required for recipes. The manual key can be used instead of the Rice, Multigrain, Soup, Meat, Stew, Poultry, Fish, Steam/Veggies, Beans, Chili, and Quinoa keys to set a custom amount of pressure cooking time. This key gives you the versatility necessary to cook almost anything. PRESSURE LEVEL KEY: If you press “pressure level” you can change the cooking pressure level from mid, to high or low. DELAYED COOKING KEY: If you press the “Delay” button the display screen will show the preset beginning time. Press “+” or “-” to adjust the delay time. Then press the “Hours/minutes” button to change Hour and minutes. Then press the “Start” button, the unit starts the delay time countdown. When the countdown comes to an end, the function will begin cooking and enter into the keep warm state when finish. The stainless steel inner pot is compatible with both Yedi Houseware Pressure Cookers and all 6 Quart Instant Pot models.
